Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription to Paharia Times E-Paper at any time via your account dashboard (“My Account” page). Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, you will continue to have access to the E-Paper until the end of your current paid period.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Since our E-Paper is a digital product that offers immediate access to content upon purchase, we generally maintain a No Refund Policy. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment deduction due to a technical glitch.
- If you were charged even after successfully cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.
3. Processing Refunds
If your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us at info@pahariatimes.com with your Transaction ID within 7 days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
